Customer Reviews

Very well packaged, fast delivery

Fast delivery. Carefully packed parcel.

Very good product, with the little starter booklet that explains everything well, and good quality worms. A small connection problem when placing the order: when you add items to the basket and then try to confirm the order, it says the basket is empty. That's the only small downside.

New to the adventure of worm composting. Completely satisfied with the order and with the good responsiveness of customer service after the order went missing.

Fast delivery. Everything is perfect. Thank you very much

Perfect customer service
Kind regards

Nothing to improve, except maybe shipping twice a week?

Delivery to Belgium with DPB was very complicated. They claimed they had come and nobody was there, when there was always someone at home. Same thing when I had it delivered to a pick-up point. It was marked as delivered and it couldn't be found. It only showed up the next day. Anyway, otherwise my worms are doing well, which is the main thing.

Very friendly team

Very professional, responsive and friendly

Very fast delivery and top-notch customer service

Yes, a big thank you, the last parcel was absolutely perfect, I think I'll order again soon. But very happy with your goodwill gesture.. See you soon..

Fast delivery and very well packaged

Small rake, compost bucket, little memo... very useful, and not bulky!

Above all, great attentiveness in the after-sales service, which is essential for a beginner.
Congratulations!

Very fast delivery

Item replaced, but the second delivery was flawless

Hello! Fast delivery. I've been ordering for a few years now, always perfect. Thank you for your professionalism. Kind regards

I would like to give special thanks to the person who answered my questions about the little problems I had keeping my earthworms healthy. This lady was lovely, and she knows everything about the habits and ways of your future little composting companions. I was afraid I would be laughed at, but not at all: all my concerns were heard and I was given solutions for everything. Above all, let's not forget that we must care for living things while there are still some left, starting with worms.

Very good service
