Payment Methods

To make shopping on MOUTTA FARM easier, we offer several simple and fully secure payment options. Credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer: choose the option that works best for you.

All transactions are protected to keep your data confidential and your orders secure.

Credit Card Payments

Credit card payments are charged in full when you place your order and are processed in euros only.

Transactions are secured by Systempay from Banque Populaire, in compliance with French and international interbank standards. This system ensures that your online purchases are fully secure.

When you pay, you are automatically redirected to the bank’s server via a secure SSL connection (128-bit session key, as authorized by the French government). Your card number is encrypted between your browser and the Systempay server.

All of your credit card information is stored only in Systempay’s databases and is never recorded or kept by MOUTTA FARM. Once your payment is approved, you are redirected back to our site and any temporary personal data stored in the cookie is deleted.

Your order is confirmed only after your payment has been approved. No early-payment discount or late-payment penalty applies.

Credit Card Payments with 3D Secure

The 3D Secure protocol (also known as Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode) adds an extra layer of authentication to make your online purchases even more secure.

After you enter your card details, a 3D Secure window managed by your bank will appear. You will then be asked to enter an authentication code specific to your bank (such as your date of birth or a code sent by text message) to confirm that you are the cardholder. Your payment will be approved and the transaction completed once your bank confirms it.

⚠️ Important: when you place your order, make sure you can receive the authentication code by text message.

PayPal Payments

PayPal is a secure payment method that lets you pay quickly without sharing your bank details with online stores. If you already have a PayPal account, your information is encrypted and secure, and you can use it directly to pay for purchases on our site.

If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still choose this payment method. At checkout, you will be redirected to a PayPal page where you can enter your card or bank details and, if you like, create a PayPal account.

Bank Transfer Payments

Bank transfer payments must be made in full when you place your order.

1. When confirming your order, select the “Pay by Bank Transfer” option.
2. You have 10 days to send your payment to the MOUTTA FARM bank account (the account details are shown on the order summary page and in the confirmation email). After that, your order will be canceled.
3. Your order will be finalized as soon as we receive your transfer, and you will receive a confirmation email.

⚠️ Important: delivery times are longer for bank transfer payments to allow for bank processing time.

Payments by Gift Card or Promo Code

MOUTTA FARM gift cards and promo codes are valid for 1 year from their activation date (the date they are sent by email) or from the date shown on the gift card or promo code at activation.

• Can be used only on www.mouttafarm.com and the other language versions of MOUTTA FARM.
• Cannot be combined, exchanged, or refunded, and no change will be given.
• If the reminder system fails, the validity period of the card or code cannot be extended.
