To find out your shipping cost, just add your items to your cart and check out as a guest. Enter your delivery address (street address, ZIP code, and city), and the shipping rate will be displayed automatically. No account needed.

We currently deliver to 192 countries.

FedEx

33 kg maximum per package | Delivery in 3–5 days.

No signature required.

Your order ships with FedEx (International Connect Plus) with package tracking and arrives within 2 to 8 business days, depending on the country. Your package is delivered without a signature. Outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes are your responsibility: FedEx may contact you to pay them before delivery.

Checking your delivery

Check the condition of your items and make sure nothing is missing by comparing them with the packing slip.

If there is a problem, do not refuse packages from small-parcel carriers (DPD, Colissimo, etc.). We will take care of after-sales service and send you whatever needs to be replaced.
If your order contains live animals, take a photo right away and send it to us as soon as possible.

For freight deliveries (truck/pallets)
If the products were damaged in transit and the damage is visible (breakage, impact, deformation, etc.), you must refuse the package(s) and clearly write the reason for refusal on the delivery receipt.

Please note: writing "Subject to inspection" on the delivery receipt is not valid.

Refused packages will be returned, and a new delivery will be made free of charge.
Without specific, detailed notes of damage on the delivery receipt, the goods will be considered delivered in good condition.
