Customer reviews for Eisenia composting worms - page 2

I put them in my Australian-style composter, which I also found here at Moutta. They're already making compost in large quantities, which seems incredible to me. I'm slowly learning how to adjust the amount of vegetables. So far the only relatively unexpected thing is some fruit flies, I think they're there because of the fruit. Thanks Moutta!! I think I'll also get the other species of worms in a few months to compare them with the current ones. As for reproduction over time, I can't say yet, I think a month at most has passed.

I ordered them because the previous ones suffered from the heat while I was away this summer. It's the first time that's happened! While I got a new stock of waste together, the bag of worms stayed three weeks at the bottom of the fridge, and when I opened it, it was a party! The Eisenia were in great shape! So all is well, they are living peaceful days in their composter on a terrace. I've never had a single escape! Some of them are going on vacation with me to a garden composter. Thank you so much!

Merci beaucoup !

It's been 2 years since they arrived and I still have them! They have reproduced and I would say they're active.

Produit parfait

The packaging is perfect for letting the worms arrive in top shape, so they acclimatize quickly. The instructions for use are clear.

Very varied inside, they are very good for my worm compost.

I set up the worms so they could breed and there are already a few little ones. Can't wait for the fishing trips!

Reproduction

The little worms are in their WORMbox, and they seem to like it there.

tres bien

So far we're doing well; they like the environment and the food with no problems at all.

Willy's

I've been using your worms for two years now. The first ones came with my apartment composter, bought through my local authority; they got too hot during the heatwave...
The new ones, which I "adopted" a few weeks ago, behave a bit differently: very many/too many of them stay in the lid or at the seam, so when I open the lid, I have to pick up the ones that have fallen, despite all my precautions.
It remains to be seen what they don't like... or to wait a little longer, in line with what was suggested in the awareness video.

Vigorous worms.

Vers vigoureux.

The worms I bought adapted very quickly to their new home. I added them to some worms I had got from a colleague, each group on its own tray for the first night 😅 I bought 500 g, they are bigger than the ones I had and arrived in great shape, well packed. Not a single one has escaped since they arrived!

I've been using it for 2 years.
Everything went well until this scorching summer; I didn't think to cool down the space.

Utilisation depuis 2 ans

The worms were put in the compost as soon as they were delivered.
Almost a month later, there's no sign of life anymore, we can't find a single one.

Disparus

The worms I received are doing well, as a supplement to the ones that were "tired" after the heatwave: my worm composter is outdoors and everyone seems to be getting used to the cool mornings!
A few did drown in the collector at the bottom, though .....
I've started a new tray

So far, hardly any results... but they're there. I'm surprised there's no liquid yet.
I really enjoyed your Zoom session..
