Yes, the Pilea watering can is perfect for it. The compost tea from your worm composter should be diluted at 1 part tea to 9 parts water. For a 0.48-gallon (1.8-liter) Pilea, pour in about 6.1 fl oz (180 ml) of compost tea, then top it off with water and water your plants as usual. The long spout lets you pour the fertilizer right at the base of each pot. One full can equals one dose, so it's easy to mix again every time you water.
