Very nice. I'm happy to know that I can count on you if I can't manage to use my worm composter. Thank you for your kindness, patience and passion, all without judgment or any political or ecological agenda. Thank you!

Merci !

It was super interesting!
Thank you for taking the time to go over the basics again for a good coexistence with our little worms.
Even though the little leaflet provided with the worms is quite clear, it was still nice to get some clarifications and little tips depending on everyone's different issues.

Good, clear explanations, time taken to answer everyone, thanks again!

Very good, educational, friendly and professional! Both in the explanations about the worms' life and in the method for setting everything up.

Excellent training.

Excellente formation.

The video call is very interesting and comprehensive.
Julien is passionate about what he does; I think he could make anyone fall in love with worms.

Great! Very complete, informative, great Q&A!

super! très complet, informatif, Q&A super!

A general overview is very good. I would have liked more information on the life and behavior of the worms, diseases, warning signs, behavior, ... which are very useful. For example: I started less than two months ago and had two problems: the leak, and worms in the tea tray. I didn't know it was normal for the worms to go down into the bottom tray, I didn't know you have to stir, that you should mix the cardboard with the vegetable waste beforehand, I didn't know it's better to cut the waste into small pieces,

The explanations were very clear and really helped me clear up a few doubts I had when starting out :)
Your approach is interesting and useful. I talk about you to the people around me.
Keep up the good work!

Bonne continuation !

Very useful. I've only been at it for 3 weeks.
I'd definitely like another video call in about 3 months, for example, to talk about any problems that remain unresolved once the worms (and I :) have adapted, and/or to get answers to other questions from a pro worm composter.

super informative

super instructif
