Tray for City Worms

The City Worms holds a maximum of 4 working trays. We don't recommend adding more, so the whole unit stays stable and the legs and casters aren't put under too much strain. Since it comes with 2 or 3 trays, you can add 1 or 2 extra trays.

To process more food scraps: each tray adds 2.9 gallons (11 liters) of usable capacity, and the City Worms, sold with 2 or 3 trays, can hold up to 4. Compact as it is, it lets you cut your food scraps by up to 50% while producing a natural fertilizer for your plants, flowers, and vegetable garden. All our advice: How does a tray worm composter work?

Be patient: let the food scraps settle, then add a City Worms tray once they reach 0.8 in (2 cm) above the arrows marked inside the tray. Then make sure no gap forms between two trays, as this would make it harder for the worms to move through.
