First, snap the 4 legs into the underside of the leachate tray and fit a caster onto each leg, then snap the shelf onto the 4 legs. Next, screw the spigot onto the leachate tray and set the first tray on top. The City Worms shelf now sits above the casters and below the spigot, ready to hold your bottle.
